Add a mail signature

Introduction

This guide will help you to add your email signature to your mailbox.

1. Outlook on the Web

Description: The Outlook Web App allows you to access your emails from any PC with an internet connection.

TO GET STARTED:
Visit the LPS Portal

STEP 1: Sign in to your online dashboard using your domain credentials

Example:
u: username@lorraineschool.co.za
p: yourpassword

2. Outlook on your Desktop

Description: Having Outlook on your desktop allows you to view your emails without signing into your web portal.

Requesting changes to your mail signature

Users may request changes to their mail signature in the following instances:

  • A spelling mistake has occurred or incorrect information has been used.
  • You have recently gotten married and changed your surname.
  • You have received a new role or have been promoted.
