Introduction
Welcome to the Lorraine Primary School IT Knowledge Base Wiki.
This wiki allows staff to familiarise themselves with the school's ICT (Information and Communications Technology) layout. It aims to facilitate the understanding and proper use of ICT equipment by providing informative-, instructional- and self-help guides, along with policies that govern the use of the infrastructure. Depending on which device you are viewing this site from you will find the menu on the left (on PC) or to will provided as a drop-down menu (Mobile devices). The menu is divided as follow:

This section provides new users with the information needed to navigate the ICT landscape of Lorraine Primary School.

A list of ICT Policies that govern the IT Department
Notifications
This section provides live feedback on devices such as printers, desktops and network outages.
Task tracker
The Task Tracker provide users with an oversight of what the IT Department is working on.
IT Calendar
Users can add the IT Calendar to view planned installations and when to expect completion of tasks.
